Sheila Simon
Sheila is responsible for our accounting and payroll functions. She has served in multiple business roles related to office management and customer service. She is extremely organized, gives attention to details and loves to help people.
She moved to Texas in 1983 from Albuquerque New Mexico and has two sons, Alan and Austin. Her health fitness journey began in September ‘09 and she loves to help people at the gym in any way possible to start or enhance their fitness regimes. Sheila has enjoyed coaching cheerleading for the Lewisville/Flower Mound Peewee Association. In 2010, she coached 7 and 8 year olds and 11 to 13 year olds. She’s proud that her 7-8 year old Viking Football players won 1st place in their division. Her 11-13 year old cheerleaders took 2nd place at the Cheer-Off Competition.
She’s a tireless, dedicated supporter of breast cancer research and will not stop until a cure is found so that no mother, sister or friend has to suffer from this terrible disease.
