RECITAL and costume information

Studio A will host a Recital at the end of the dance year (May 2011) to showcase how much the students have learned and grown as a dancer. This event is as much for the parents as it is the students. The Recital is a chance for you to see your dancer in action and putting their hard-earned talent to work. The Recital will take place at Texas Hall at UT Arlington during the last weekend in May, with rehearsals taking place during the week prior. Please keep Saturday May 28, 2011 open in the afternoon and evening as the recital time has not been set. This schedule will be finalized near the start of the Spring semester, based on enrollment. Please keep the week of May 23, 2011 open for rehearsals at Studio A, and for a dress rehearsal at Texas Hall on either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of that week.

The Recital fee is $50 per family and will be due on March 1, 2011. The recital fee helps cover our costs for facility rental, the technical crew, and clean-up of the performance facility. It also ensures that you can bring as many guests to the show as you want without having to purchase tickets.
