Studio A is pleased to have Jordan Laessig as its Office Manager. Jordan is our “go-to guy” for anything Studio A related – schedule questions, registrations, tuition payments and much more! Jordan is also our resident music editor and has cut and edited music for most of our instructors and many of our Company dancers. In addition to his Studio A responsibilities Jordan is attending Dallas Baptist University to pursue his Biblical Studies degree. With his degree Jordan plans to go into Missions, which will only expand upon his current involvement in his church where he is a Worship Leader. Some of Jordan’s most treasured memories are of his mission trip to Reyanosa, Mexico and his travels to Israel. Jordan is a gifted songwriter, composer, pianist and guitarist. He has taught both piano and guitar for over eight years. His accomplishments include composing songs for the soundtrack to Studio A’s production of “The Weaving”. His music was an integral part of the performance of “The Weaving” that took place on June 13th 2010 at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City. Jordan’s original recordings are featured on iTunes. In addition to Jordan’s musical endeavors he is an extremely talented photographer and loves being behind the camera any chance he can get. You may often find Jordan at the front desk as the face of Studio A, or working away on his computer, but “Mr. Jordan” also makes it a point to support Studio A’s dancers – he is frequently an audience member for Company rehearsals, he has built props for solo performances and he has helped many instructors cut and edit music for competition and Recital. Jordan brings many amazing gifts to Studio A and we are thrilled to have his great attitude and wonderful personality as a consistent presence at the studio.
