She began pointe at the age of nine and performed in Dracula, Sleeping Beauty, and The Nutcracker, where she played the part of Clara. She was on the Pom Squad during high school and received the All-Star award 4 times and superior ribbons in every number. She also received the honor of being one of 4 in the 300+ camp asked to audition to become an instructor for the Universal Dance Association. After being selected she then traveled to various locations in many states teaching all styles of dance and technique classes. She went on to make the Oklahoma State University Pom Squad for 4 years where she was a technique team leader for 2 years and Co-Captain of the squad her senior year. She has judged multiple auditions from company teams to pom squads and participated in choreographing sidelines for the squad and routines for the Oklahoma State University Prep clinic. She feels blessed for her time there and considers it such a privilege to have had the opportunity.
Lindsey was recently married to Clay in April, 2009 and their most recent endeavor was performing together on Broadway in New York City at Lincoln Center in the incredible dramatic portrayal of Corrie ten Boom in The Weaving in June, 2010. Though it was their first time acting together, it is an experience they will never forget.
